Based on the findings of an onsite Medicare Recertification Survey conducted 10/17/2023 through 10/18/2023, Titusville Area Hospital Physician Services was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 491.12, Subpart A, Conditions for Certification: Rural Health Clinics - Emergency Preparedness.
